Terms of use, in plain sight.

The short rules for using this site: who publishes it, what you may do with the content, what you send us through forms, and where responsibility begins and ends.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Use the site freely, quote us with credit, and never mistake reading for advice.

These terms apply whenever you use seis.investments. If you do not accept them, the honest option is not to use the site.

They sit alongside our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which do the detailed work.

The essentials

Who we areseis.investments is published by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact: hello@seis.investments.
Free to readPersonal, non-commercial use is welcome. Quote short passages with credit and a link.
Our contentText and original graphics are our copyright. Wholesale republication needs written permission.
No relianceContent is education, not advice, exactly as the Disclaimer sets out. It forms part of these terms.

Using the site

You may read, print and share links to anything we publish. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the original. You may not republish articles wholesale, scrape the site at scale for commercial redistribution, misrepresent our content as yours, use the site to transmit anything unlawful, or attempt to break its security. Automated access that respects robots.txt is fine; we say so there because we mean it.

What you send us

When you write to us through the contact or contribute forms you confirm the message is yours to send and true to the best of your knowledge. For contributions: you keep your copyright, and you grant us a licence to edit for clarity and length and to publish, which we only exercise after coming back to you and which you can withdraw any time before publication. We are under no obligation to publish, and we never pay for or charge for editorial coverage. Handling of the personal data in your messages is covered by the Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and services

Links leave our responsibility at the click. Videos we curate play on YouTube itself, under its own terms. Clearly labelled advertising is the advertiser’s responsibility; its appearance here is not our endorsement, and we accept no liability for third-party content, products or services.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as is and as available. We may change, move or remove content, and suspend or withdraw the site, without notice. We aim for accuracy and continuity; we promise neither.

Liability

We accept no liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the site, whether direct or indirect, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

The legal frame

These terms, their subject matter and formation are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms proves unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; the date above moves when we do, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it.

Draft for review. Working draft for professional review before launch. Reviewer to confirm: operator identity block, the contributions licence wording, and the liability and governing law clauses.

The boundary that matters most

Education, not advice. If a decision carries real money, read the Disclaimer and then talk to someone regulated.
